I have been training in dance since I was 3yrs old. I know what makes a good dancer a great dancer. Over the years I have learnt a lot about how I move and how others move- in their own unique way.
Our aim is to provide challenging and supportive workshops. Our workshops focus on technique and performance.
Sometime ago I would have told you a technical routine is more powerful than an emotive piece. However I learnt that the best pieces of choreography incorporates both technical elements with a narrative and emotion behind the piece.
I have always loved dancing and the ability to express myself through movement. Dance in my opinion is not an inclusive sport as there’s so many genres and reasons why people dance.

In 2018 I was applying for universities and was very grateful to receive offers from all my universities of choice including; Liverpool John Moores, Edge Hill and Hope University.
After leaving school with 7 GCSEs 5-C’s and 2-B’s and passing 2 btecs including dance. I was able to continue with my education in dance.
Upon leaving I made the decision to train at Elliott Clarke. For 2yrs I was able to Dance all day and also train in singing and acting. Them 2yrs was probably the hardest years of training so far some days I would be there for 12 hours. If you choose a career in the performing arts sector it will be hard but it is very rewarding.
